Welcome To Pike peak Grange #163
The Grange Hall and kitchen can currently be rented for $500 per day with a $500 damage deposit. The damage deposit is required to reserve the date, and the $500 rental fee must be paid no later than four weeks before the event.

* Renter is responsible for having there own insurance (homeowners insurance covers rentals) before time of event.
* First Grange Hall showing is free however everytime after may be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
